Dematerialization of Agreement
The equity shares of the Company are traded mandatory in the dematerialized section of all the stock exchanges and do below the rolling contract. Shares maintained by promoters are completely in dematerialized form.
Share Transfer Approach
The Company receives from a Company Secretary in Method half-yearly certification of acquiescence with the share transfer conventionalities as claimed under Administration of the Listing Regulations and files a copy of the certificate with the Stock Exchanges.
Complaints Pending
During the year, the Company has received accusations from shareholders which were audited in a consistent time. The aspects of transmission authorized by the representatives are noted through the Securities Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
Investor Services
